What exactly is free?
One agreed issue in one redacted XLSX sheet or CSV, up to 100 data rows, with a corrected preview, change notes, and validation checks. One free preview per business, confirmed during scope review. We agree the issue, file-transfer method, and available delivery slot before work begins. No card, payment, or obligation to buy is required.
Can the free preview repair my entire workbook?
The free work is limited to the agreed sample and issue. If your whole workflow fits within that limit, you can use the corrected preview as delivered. A larger file or additional issues can be considered for the optional $199 repair. Nothing expands into paid work without your agreement.
What is outside the free preview and $199 repair?
Macros, scripts, live database or API connections, password recovery, a new reporting platform, forecasting advice, and files above the stated limits. Google Sheets can be reviewed as an XLSX export where the agreed formulas remain compatible. Anything larger needs a separate written scope.
Will you need sensitive business data?
Start with column names and the problem description. Use a redacted copy for the actual work, replacing names and identifiers wherever possible. No payroll, health, payment-card, or account credentials. We agree how to transfer the file before you send it.
What if the file cannot be fixed within scope?
For a free preview, we explain any limit we find and agree a useful next step before doing more work. For a paid repair, we decline before invoicing if it is not a fit. If an accepted paid issue proves impossible to deliver, we explain it and refund the fee. One correction round for the agreed paid fixes is included within seven days of delivery.
Can I apply the repair fee to setup?
For the same workflow and an accepted combined scope, the $199 repair fee is credited once toward the $749 setup if accepted within 14 days. The remaining payment is $550, so the total stays $749.
Who is the provider?
DC Health Check LLC. Communication starts by email under the business name. A call can be arranged if it will help define the work.
Are those repeat orders actually duplicates?
An order can legitimately appear on several rows when the export lists items, shipments or status updates. Use the checklist to agree what one row means and verify totals after a change.
