How we handle your inquiry.

This notice covers the project inquiry form for the Warehouse Automation Investment Review. Contact audits@dchealthcheck.com with questions about an inquiry or a request to correct or delete it.

What the form collects

Your name, company, work email, project stage, decision timing and short description of the decision. We also record a reference number, the submission time, the requested service and your permission to respond. The form does not accept files, payment details or access credentials.

What we use it for

To assess service fit, respond to your question, arrange a discussion and manage the inquiry. A submission is not a booking, contract, payment instruction or marketing subscription.

Where it goes

Inquiry details are stored in DC Health Check’s request system on Cloudflare and are available to the business’s authorized reviewers through its private owner dashboard. A reviewer responds through the business email system. This form does not automatically send the details to equipment vendors or enroll you in a sales campaign.

How long it stays

The form’s stored inquiry record expires after 60 days. If you begin a client engagement, we agree the scope and handling of project records separately. Email correspondence is managed separately in the business mailbox. Contact us if you want an inquiry corrected or deleted.

What to leave out

Keep confidential vendor quotes, customer or employee records, account details and system credentials out of the form. After confirming fit, we agree an appropriate channel for authorized project materials.

Calculator and email fallback

The calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not included in the inquiry or saved by the page. If you use the plain-email fallback, your email provider handles that message and DC Health Check receives it in the business inbox. The site’s hosting provider also processes the technical request information needed to serve the website.
