Remote. Plain English. You leave with the example, whether you buy anything or not.
BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK
Your tools. Your data. A smaller pile of admin.
I’m Michael. I’ve spent eight years on fulfillment floors, from frontline supervision to running a distribution center. This service is for owner-operated warehouses, 3PLs, light manufacturers and ecommerce teams that want to turn a repetitive task into a workflow they can understand and check.
We start with sample or redacted information. People still approve customer messages, prices, payments and operating instructions.
TRY IT BEFORE WE TALK
AI Quick-Win Finder
A practical starting plan for three tasks. No account. No file upload.
Your starting plan
Keep a human check. Try a small redacted example before using any workflow in day-to-day operations.
SIX PLACES TO START
Familiar jobs. Less repetitive work.
01
The morning numbers report
Use a fixed spreadsheet to calculate agreed KPIs from an approved export. Draft the summary from checked numbers and let a supervisor approve it.
Illustrative target: 45 → 5 minutes, five mornings a week = 3h 20m/week before upkeep. This is not a measured client result.
02
“Where’s my order?”
Look up an order in an approved export and prepare a draft with only the recorded facts. A person checks the customer and the shipment before sending.
Your scenario: enter current time and review time in the Finder.
03
The shift handover
Turn a short end-of-shift form into a draft with backlog, exceptions and owners. The outgoing supervisor checks it before the next team uses it.
Your scenario: enter current time and review time in the Finder.
04
The quote request
Calculate the price with your approved rate card and ordinary formulas. Prepare a reply for the owner’s price, stock and freight check.
Your scenario: enter current time and review time in the Finder.
05
The invoice-matching pile
Match invoices, purchase orders and receiving exports on agreed identifiers. Flag differences for a person to resolve before any payment.
Your scenario: enter current time and review time in the Finder.
06
The SOP nobody wrote
Turn your walkthrough into a draft checklist and exception paths. A qualified operator tests and approves it before it becomes a working instruction.
Your scenario: enter current time and review time in the Finder.
IF YOU WANT HELP AFTER THE SESSION
Start small. Agree the work first.
The first 45-minute session is free. A Quick Wins Day builds two narrowly scoped workflows with acceptance checks and a handover. Optional monthly support keeps those workflows useful. You receive a written scope and fixed price before deciding; software subscriptions are separate and remain in your control.
No hourly billing. No automatic commitment. If a workflow cannot meet its agreed checks, the remedy is written into the scope before work begins.
YOUR FIRST STEP
Request your free 45-minute session.
Tell me what eats your week. I’ll review the fit and send a booking option. A request does not reserve a time.
Sessions are arranged outside 6:30am–6pm Central on weekdays, or at weekends. Bring a sample or redacted task. We take no new sessions from November 1 to January 4; requests sent in that window are answered from January 5.
Write to michael@dchealthcheck.com with what your business does, roughly how many people work there and the task that eats your week. Leave out customer records, passwords and confidential data. We use your email only to reply to this request; it does not sign you up for marketing. Data and privacy.
A FEW STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Before we start.
We’re not technical. Is this for us?
Yes. We start with one ordinary task. You try the workflow yourself before handover and keep a short guide. If the task needs a bigger project, we say so during scoping.
What happens to our data?
Your data and accounts stay under your control. We begin with samples or redacted files and agree which tools may receive information. Processing and retention depend on the providers you choose. The Finder runs in your browser and sends us nothing. If you email a request, we keep that email only to reply to you.
Is this about replacing people?
The service reduces repetitive admin and helps the team check its work. People remain responsible for customer replies, prices, payments and operating instructions.
What does it cost?
The first working session is free. Further implementation and monthly support have a written fixed price and scope for your review. No paid work or subscription begins automatically.
What if it doesn’t work?
We test a small example before committing to a build. Paid work has acceptance checks agreed in writing, and what happens if a check is not met is written into the scope before you decide. We do not guarantee time savings or revenue.
